1. Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Palestinian Bazar. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines how you can return or exchange items purchased from our store.

2. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

• They are returned within 30 days of delivery
• They are unused and in original condition
• They are in original packaging
• You have proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Food products and spices
• Personal care items
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

3. Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery
2. Receive a return authorization number
3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging
4. Include the return authorization number on the package
5. Ship the item back to us

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 2 business days
• You will receive an email confirming your refund
• Refund will be processed to original payment method
• Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We will arrange return shipping at our expense
• A replacement will be sent or full refund issued

7. International Returns

International returns follow the same policy, but please note that shipping times may be longer and additional customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
